Fun fisheye perspective test! It was my first time working with 3D in an art piece, and I would say it turned out pretty great!
For the way that I made it, I first started out with a basic scene in blender with buildings placed as blocks all around, with the character being a crappy low poly rig I had made a couple months ago.
I rendered that at like, 120p cause for the fish eye effect in blender you need to use Cycles, placing lots of load on the GPU.
After that, I traced in Clip Studio Paint, added coloring and effects, and viola!

The sky is a giant jumble of layer effects, so I'm glad that despite the mess, it looks great!
