Rowdy Cadence was fun to draw. Ponies are still weird to draw from the front.Another drawing that was inspired by a fic-to-pic competition, but I couldn't submit this drawing in time to meet the deadline.

I can't help but read it as "Guard, M.A. (Larson)". I know it's not read that way, but I think it's funnier that way.

I agree, drawing faces from the front is weird; the snoots are one of the most defining features of pony faces, so taking that away almost gives you a different creature altogether.

Gotten a bit of practice with the front views lately, and this is probably the best of them so far. It's not just the muzzle, but the facial symmetry, too. I'm still not entirely satisfied with her eyes, but I could say that about almost everything about every drawing I make, and I'd never get anything done!
