Oh yes. I am able to port one of Ninjala characters into Gmod. Thanks to for porting her into MMD. I used that model in Blender and tweak some things to make it more workable in SFM. Then port her again with a physic mesh to run in Gmod.So yes, there is also a SFM version. I am still working on her, like her fingers on her left needed to be rotated 180 to be used in the finger tool gun properly.
Since also have 2 other characters ported over (Lucy and Jane). I will try and get them also into Gmod and SFM.

Once all of the Ninjala character models have been ripped, when will they be in the Gmod and SFM workshops?

That is up to the actual porters. I'm just porting these from Desperative's MMD ports
The porters already ril the game's content. They will most likely not just give use character models with expressions. But also their gear and weapons.
Then the mappers will take their time reconstruct the maps to work under Source as well.
This all take time.
I rather let the actual porters put them to the workshop compared to me since I'm still a noob learning Blender o still can't create my own shape keys from the model itself or by bones. It's best to wait for them to do it
