I ported SuperStaticPro's Coco model. There could be some similarities.

Maybe. I ported SuperStaticPro's Coco SFM model over to Gmod. For the skins. We just face swap them to keep the face facial expressions on them then revert the original materials on the head back to the actual materials for that skin.

Try again. Thanks to you and others. turns out it was a left over model when I using other models as test runs when porting over to Gmod. Especially using Physic Meshes. But when I upload. All the files I want to use got jumbled up and it decided to use that model and not the actual models I wanted in.
Now. All the correct models are now in place. No JcThorton Model. Only SuperStaticPro's model on CTR coco default and our Legendary skins.

That's all up to SuperStaticPro on reworking the bones and such on SFM side. I mostly do the Gmod side.
Right now, he's doing other stuff.
I could probably use Mister Prawn's Crash model from the N. Sane Trilogy pack on Gmod and work my way with it. But it will still be a pain on figure out each bone in Blender since not all bones are in the same layout when looking at the model's tree. Tree branches maybe the same when going down each bone that is connected to. But still jumbled up. So it will take time going down each bone on each new skin to the same name that Prawn did. Then copy the head of N. Sane's Crash over with it's skeleton. Go to CTR skin mesh and tell it to use N. Sane's Skeleton instead and delete the old one. And lastly, get rid of CTR version's head and place N. Sane's head in it's place. Of course you have to make sure if the CTR model and N. Sane model are the same on Material layout. Since CTR Crash characters that were in the N. Sane game do use the same models. All they need to do is port them over to CTR. That means. the material layout should be the same. Then apply the Physic mesh from N. Sane Crash that was used in Gmod. Make a new animation set for being stand still for ragdoll. Then Export it as SMD. If I Import N. Sane Crash right. His face flex are still in place. All I need to do after that is decompile the N. Sane Crash to get his QC file. Tweak it to be more for CTR Crash skin that I want and then compile it to either SFM without the Physic mesh and Gmod with it on.
I always test in SFM first so I have the Console up and running on the side so if I have any VMT issues when I port the textures to VTF format.
It is time consuming. And I am mostly gamer that plays a lot for YouTube long plays and Twitch when streaming (can't right now due to ISP' router box hates when download speed is lower then upload and will choke crash the connection). So I only model port when I have the urge to do something.
That doesn't mean trying commissioning me on Patreon. I don't mind making SFM and Gmod posters for people. But if I have to make something that needs to have it's own Keyframes for Facial expressions and more. Then I can't do it since I am still learning what to do in Blender. I take my time on things. If I rush stuff and fully can't understand it. I end get very impatience and given up on it. And how my brain is. If I fully given up on something. It will be very hard to motivate me back in to doing it again.
Hence why I not the great idea source to ask for porting as much. It's best to ask others. I take my time on porting what I like and see if I can do it right.

I know how it feels. I still work now then at my job. Since many things we do is consider Essential, so we are still open to do our work.
I am off this week, but doesn't mean I'll be doing a lot of model porting. Most likely doing more game videos.

I did check both N. Same version of crash with CTR biker Crash. They do use the same model layout. But the textures on them are different.
Meaning...
A. UV Remap the head model of N.Sane to be more friendly with CTR Crash's materials
B. Just head swap and provide the N.Sane Texture for the head.
C. Just work what I have and provide very own keymapping from someone.
CTR Crash in is default skin use the same layout for Biker as well. So, I can just face swap them to other skins if we have keymapping on the head of Crash.

I do have N.Sane models of them. But if they are in CTR, I can port them to Gmod or SFM. As long I have someone who want to make key frames on the head model.

They do appear in CTRNF as skins for Crash. Hope you can figure this out. ^^

Like I said. I need someone that is willing to do the key frame portion. Renaming bones can be a pain. But in the end. It can be done and take a lot if time for anyone that wants to do it.

I do. The same thumbnail I use for my CTR videos, but with Coco in front.
