Description
A Saturnine Houdini Splicer, from Bioshock. The Saturnine Cult resides in Arcadia, they drink blood and plasmids (claiming them to be ambrosia), and chant "Harness the mist, Harness the flame." According to Professor Julie Langford, they are a bunch of "aging frat boys."...and possibly the most annoying enemies in the game. They look cool, though.
