How do you actually go about getting a biyo model? I have searched all over and cannot find where to ask or how to get one.

There's another photo on this site showcasing Biyo's model with a link to his bowlroll.
I'm not sure if this is the case for all his models but the DL Key is usually in brackets in the description (Of a NicoNico video), next to the model name. (NicoNico video link is in the page where you'd enter the DL Key for the model.)
for example: "[####]" = DL Key. (don't put the brackets, just the numbers.)

How did you desaturate only part of the model straight in MMD? Is there a shader you can apply (to separate materials), or did you put two models in the same space, each with different shaders and visible materials?
