Description Randomly dabbling with fruit again - this started off life as an apple before I got my grubby little mitts on it was just intending to carve the basic skull features into the fruit but got a tad carried away - my bad! Lol! Also with the carried away theory it ended up with little fangs too
Not sure how long this took me cause I didn’t look at the clock but I was working with an ordinary kitchen peeling knife and a scalpel

Title just comes from the fact that this was carved from the fruit - I cut away the flesh of the apple to give it this new shape that was under the skin - pretty much like you might dissect a head and cut away flesh and tissue to reveal bones beneath

im glad you didn't do the lower jaw, a lower jaw usually screws up any skull designs in my opinion

it can work well in a piece but trying to cut out an apple this way and it would have been very difficult - i did try but the part snapped off so i ate that bit then finished it off like this

thankyou so much for the compliment essnetially i begna with an ordinary peeling knife and carved out he basic details of features then used a scalpel to refine them some more and add enough details especially the finer ones around the nose and the teeth - the downside as i ahd o wait for it to go a litel brown to show off the details a little better and give it a little more depth so to speak - thought in my opinion i think that helped it look more skull like
