ok after folks took a look at my 'bird of of paradise' artwork - a few asked if i could do a phoenix piece. so i figured i coudl cheat and just change the colours on the bird of paradise one - or i could start over again and create a new piece. i chose the latter option and 2 hours later this is the result.all done in adobe photoshop elements.

this is all done in photoshop, i made an older series of abstract works then took parts of those and pieced them together bit by bit

yes and no. i have a good imagination for seeing shapes etc so it was more so a matter of patience needed to pull this all together

they're one of my favourite things to try to compose in images ( for that matter mythical creatures in general) as i love the idea of all the flame colours

lol glad you like it - its all build up piece by piece from bits nas pieces of my digital abstract workthen once i got the over all shape i just ajusted the colousrs to suit my needs - check out my gallery for some of hte digital abstracts that inspired parts of this
