Description kind of dabbling around with some pieces of ice i found outside ( as it was a frosty morning) and some candles to see what effects i could get

Neat series; for some reason I like the ones where the flame is partially blocked and scattered by the ice, like in X, here and I.

those are my personal faves also it gives a better sense of abstract to the photography i just throught i woudl put ian few of the shots where it had melted right through for good measure - a lil more proof i guess that i created these how i said i did lol

it reminds me a little of frosted glass you can get like viewing somethign through that

Keep dabbling, these are beautiful! The reflections of the candle on the ice are amazing. I really like these more abstract ones where it's harder to tell exactly what it is.

thankyou so much for the compliments - all 10 of my 'fire and ice' images are up now - and hey do range from teh obvious wher ethe ice has melted right throuhg to the mor eobscure nas abstrtact - in general i wished to show the kind of range of sots i had managed to get lol
i gues i treated this as a development of my ice pictures where i just photographed hte formations of ice
