It's one of the Hizoku clan, silent assassins clan, and he's the strongest one as of currently, he's in search of the one who betrayed his clan and family, his very father Ron. His sister Xiao Lon used to comb his hair and now he tries to copy her style. Enjoy this one but take care of his skills, you might experience netherworld's agony.

Ash: "Heh, and here I thought it'd take you another installment to join us but here you are, mon ami."
Elisabeth: "Goodness, Ash....anyway, welcome back, Duo Lon."
Duo Lon: "Easy, Elisabeth. But, expect no mercy, any of my opponents will experience the agony of the souls in netherworld."
