Nancy gets kidnapped by a murderess who's already killed one victim and intends to make our favorite girl detective her second. Nancy is knocked out by a pressure point squeeze on her neck. When she comes to, she's on a pier overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The bad girl is busy getting an air tank ready to strap to Nancy's back. The air tank is empty, naturally. Lori intends to toss Nancy in the Pacific Ocean and let her drown. She even dressed Nancy up in a wet suit to make people think she had an accident. Nancy's hands and feet were tied, but aren't anymore. Since the bad girl was stupid enough to untie Nancy's hands and feet too soon, Nancy attacks her. Girl fight! It ends quickly when Nancy's friends get involved.
