You could hear the water crashing upon shore, large rocks sheered outwards from the bleak, dark crimson and brown mud up towards the darkest of all skies. This stretch of bench with the large rocks was no other than Devil's Shore. Suddenly a white streak bolted across the grassy plains before diving into Devil's Shore, following hot on her paws was a patrol of Kyotakeda's. Was this one of there mortal slaves gone loose? Inside The Island of Decay, a guard gave a sharp howl, warning his army that there was trespassers on there newly taken territory. While a few Death Children stayed at there home island to stay on guard, a large patrol including the Lord and 3 members of the royal family. Flooding and weaving through the large spears in the ground they saw the slave within there territory as well as a few Kyo's. Duivel, the Lord of The Death Children gave the order to his senior Killion, Mordic, to take down the slave and drag it behind the patrol. The slave, coming to know her name as Xena was taken from her pack not that long ago and was forced to become a slave to the Kyotakeda's Coloney. She bolted the first chance she got and was afraid of the strange immortal creatures, both species. She grew up with stories of horror of them slaughtering and then feasting on wolf packs. Soon the Death Children Patrol reached the east exit of Devil's Shore, they flooded out like shadows just as the Kyotakeda Patrol arrived right at the entrance. The bat like creatures slowed there pace down before coming to a halt. A patrol of 4 Kyo's, and one slave. One of them being Nybbas, King of Kyotakeda's Coloney. As the Death Children stood there ground blocking the way into Devil's Shore, they clearing outnumbered them as they had a patrol of 10. Nybbas's colony was a brethren species to The Death Children, but the two species have never crossed paths until then. Nybbas lowered his crown as his red optics scanned the area before giving a few clicks, then speaking "We are looking for our mortal slave that, pitifully should be killed for her actions of running away. May we go into Devil's Shore... Duivel?" The morbidly, broud figure stepped forward. His stance strong as a ripple of muscle could be seen under thick ebony fur and his dark grey skeleton, cackling as he stepped another large, dire paw forward. Sifting his cranium up, as his skull maw cracked a large purple tongue, forked in the end hissed softly. His visionaries were nothing but a mere pool of tar, just like if you were staring into the eyes of an unholy spawn of Satan. Soon a flicker of color entered his optics, a dark crimson that seem to put off a stream of color. In fact, all the Death Children had a stream of color smoke coming from there eyes. Duivel, twisted up a wicked snarl, "No, for the lack of food here and the lack of training area to house enough room for all of us to train comfortably we have taken Devil's Shore. This is now no longer No-Mans Land, this is our territory and we will not STAND for trespassers." The King blinked a bit unsure of this situation, glancing back and forth to his warriors with him he could just sense the fear and panic coming off in waves from them. If he could see that, then he was very sure The Death Children were picking up on that like candy. Kyotakeda's could still have fear, and a sense of panic. The Death Children, however do not. They lack any emotion of fear, they go in headstrong and normally there aggressive behavior ends in a violent display. Nybbas bowed his head before sighing, "Alright then, may we just have our slave back then Lord Duivel and we will be on our way." Duivel seem to stand there almost frozen from the ice running through his purple acid blood, the Lord then lowered his head with an unholy flicker in his optics as he crackled his tail like a whip, as he stepped off towards the side. Soon a huge lump of white flew over Duivel's head before giving a sickening thud as it hit the ground, Mordic straighten up. The Killion had dark, sticky crimson dripping from her maw with an insanely wild desire in her eyes. Duivel straighten up as well before giving a snicker, "There's your slave, bitches!" Nybbas froze in horror, Xena's throat was torn out as well as snapped her neck. Anymore thrashing to her neck, the wolf's head would have just fallen off! The lifeless body just laid there, with a sad look in her eyes of surprise. Crystal, a Kyotakeda wailed out, "XENA!!! NOOO!!!" The Kyotakeda fae was Xena's Master. The species and mortals have been known to grow a rather close bond with each other, the longer the one had the slave the stronger the bond. Crystal bolted straight for Mordic, the Death Child who killed her slave. Duivel reared back on his hind legs seeing the Kyo take charge, he gave a large wail of a screech. Mordic snapped her jaws before bolting out, clashing into Crystal the two fae's bodies spun around each other before hitting the ground. Crystal was greatly out-weighted by the larger fae. Nybbas screamed as his two Jarrens take off into the battle, it was good as suicide but not leaving his members to die the King rushed into battle. The rest of the Death Children charged into battle, it wasn't hard for Maiara and Chris, the two Jarrens to be taken down. Archangel, Sashenka, Kai San and Rot started to bully and beat the crap out of them two. Nybbas weaved through the mess, but his eyes caught his members being bullied and totured. Suddenly a large mass slammed like a boulder into the side of Nybbas, not only knocking the wind from his lungs but knocked him to the beak ground. Shifting his feet, as well as gasping with all his might the King head was spinning from the blunt force of the hit, his optics straining hard to try to see through the blinding pain. A large thud was all Nybbas felt on his shoulder, glancing up blinking he could make out the outline of a large Death Child. The Lord lowered his skull to whisper to Nybbas, The King still struggling to get out his brethren's species talons. "Look at you, you miserable fool. Get off your knees, your prayers fall upon deaf ears. Reelo's turned his back on you, Heaven's gates are shut And now you're knocking on the Devil's door." Duivel pulled back a sneer as the King's bright red optics widen, how twisted was his brethren species? Of course Kyotakeda's are brutal but The Death Children are a unholy breed of there own, created out of Wrath and Greed. "I've been expecting you for some time, sir. Allow me to introduce myself I'm the one who pulls on all the strings, son. You're lucky I don't kill you where you stand!" Duivel shouted at Nybbas before picking up his dire paw, his purple talons slicing through Nybbas's shoulder with ease. A sticky dark green blood oozed out. The King yelped as he kicked out, slicing into Duivel's lower right flank and into his underbelly. The Lord screeched with pain as he staggered back, before giving a scream of rage. Nyb had enough time to stagger to his feet before glancing up, his visionaries couldn't utterly believe what he was seeing. The Lord was charging full speed at him, with this horrifying wail that sounds like a pig getting gutted alive! Nybbas waited till the raging Death Child was close enough to him before shifting all his weight to the right. Trying to dodge the bullet, but to his surprise the Lord within seconds shifted directions and was still able to nail the King to the ground, running him over almost. Nybbas stumbled under Duivel before heaving himself back up to his feet, but Duivel head butted him back a feet or two but Nybbas staggered more because of his loss of balance. Everything fell silent, Nybbas could finally blink away the blood dripping into his eyes to see the situation. Duivel stood directly infront of the King, his members were pinned under many Death Children, a lifeless wolf slave laid dead. Nybbas shouted, "What was all this for?! Was this necessary!? Duivel sneered glazing over at his Army before back at Nybbas. "A trial, a test. To see if we wished to have you as our allies. You failed but with more numbers along with us? The terror we could cause!" The King blinked, glazing over at his slaves. His brethren did show how weak they are, and the King wished to be strong. He grinned, almost as if this whole situation that he was fearing seem to melt away. He bowed, "The Legendary Alliance we would be!" Duivel grinned, nodding to Nybbas. The two brutes clicked, hissed and chirped with each other before Duivel flicked his tail. His members started to seep back into the Shadows, The Kyotakeda's scattered back to Nybbas, Crystal crying as she dragged Xena's back home. It was a rough start, Nybbas thought, But with great power comes great Respect. Duivel was a legend, a icon of Horror. Joining his stronger brethren, learning there brutal traditions to ease into his Coloney is just what he needed. This is the start to The Legendary Alliance.
