kinda sad that a country with such a massive amount of African descended people and such a huge population of dark skinned people, what in the U.S. would be considered black, that all the "finest" are from that small portion that are "white". They are beautiful. And beauty comes in all colors black white brown or whatever. But this strikes me as not really representative of the whole of Brazil just a small section. The part that tried to lighten brazil and only puts white faces on magazines.

Not at all. It may be irrelevant to you. Not to me. Typical. In Brazil they only put white faces on magazines. You just did the same thing.

It is irrelevant, not to me, but in general. The colour of their skin has absolutely nothing to do with it. The fact is that they're Brazilian and they're very good looking.
That's exactly the point of the wallpaper: they're Brazil's 'finest' supermodels. They're not supposed to be representative of the whole of Brazil, because supermodels are not.
You raise interesting points about how the most recognisable super models (and I use that term loosely) all happen to be a lot lighter-skinned than many of Brazil's population; but the points aren't applicable to this context of a selection the sexist (super models).
Let me put it in simple terms as possible. (If) there aren't any really dark, or even black super models, deserving of that title, to put on the wallpaper then they won't be put on the wallpaper. That ought to be obvious sicne there are big names such as Bundchen, Lima and Ambrosio here.
All of them except Trentini and maybe Isabeli are olive-skinned, not really white.
