What do you think about the Bury, Curtis & Kennedy locomotives, I'd say their underrated given their influence and original quality (adjustible cutoff, haystack firebox, barframes, larger boiler flues were Bury's innovations) A good intro would be this: www.geocities.ws/kentmuseum/BU…

Ah yes! There's actually a loco very similar to Lion built in Germany called Saxonia, it didn't even have valve gear, unlike Bury.
