Description "When I first came to the museum, I thought I was going to be the center of attention, the new one, the kid. That mentality changed the moment I saw Sally. She was a saddle tank that worked in a quarry, and had been rebuilt by a big steam railroad, and everybody wanted to know about her time there! Barely anybody noticed me at first, and since I was the only other locomotive, you can see how that bothered me! Anyways, first trip for Sally was with me, because she didn't have an air compressor. I didn't understand at the time, but she was extremely shy about having an air pump mounted on her smokebox. So I was her air compressor for the train. Oh, and did I mention that I did literally nothing else? Back to the story, so Sally and I had done a few runs together, and I didn't like it much, but it made her so happy to get out with passengers. I really should have been more accepting, but... Next open day, I didn't want to deal with Sally, so I... I played hookey, I complained about my air compressor being stuffed up, and that was that. Problem was that Sally had already been in steam, so they had to cool her off and bring out an interurban, I think it was Eleanor. I felt terrible, she had pretended to go to sleep, but I could tell she was crying and... Yeah. Next weekend, I apologized about my supposed breakdown, and we've been friends since. She hasn't been in steam since 1960 though, and I haven't gotten to talk to her in about seven years."

Thanks! I'm not sure how accurate it is, but it shows character development.

But is the part about Sparky helping Sally true?

Yep, she had no air compressors. The problem was later solved by just pushing an old caboose around.

Besides me you're the only person who uses the cyclops face for engines.

The way I see it is that she technically has two eyes, but they can't see terribly well. One eye just scoots up and uses the headlight like glasses, and it can alternate depending on the scenario.
