Description Some of my Dino-cember pics are gonna be top 10 favorite individuals of a certain species of dinosaurs. And I'll start with my top 10 favorite characters of the king of the dinosaurs; Tyrannosaurus Rex. This was created using the My Top 10 Favorite . . . Meme by DemitriaMiriam.

10. T-Rex Dopant (Kamen Rider Double)- The T-Rex Dopant was the monstrous transformation of Marina Tsumura using the T-Rex Dopant Gaia Memory. I never saw the episode where the T-Rex Dopant appeared, but I did face off against it in my Kamen Rider: Memory of Heroez video game for the Nintendo Switch. In the show, Marina Tsumura and her boyfriend, Yousuke Togawa were fired from their jobs at Windscale. So, they bought Dopant Gaia Memories to exact their revenge. Her first form was basically a walking T-Rex head that can create shockwaves with her roars. But she can assume a bigger form by assimilating pieces of metal and concrete, making her resemble an actual T-Rex. Kamen Rider Double defeats the T-Rex Dopant using the HeatMetal form's Metal Branding Maximum Drive, destroying the Gaia Memory. Double then turns Marina over to the authorities.

9. Tyrantrum (Pokémon Franchise)- Tyrantrum is a Dragon & Rock-type Pokémon that was introduced during Generation 6 in Pokémon X & Y Versions. It made its debut in the anime in the episode, "The Tiny Caretaker". Using its jaw, Tyrantrum can rip through thick metal. In times past, it was considered unbeatable. Nothing could stop this Pokémon 100 million years ago, so it behaved like a king. I have used Tyrantrum in the games it appeared and it's cool Pokémon to use once you use it properly.

8. T-Rex (Fantasia)- This T-Rex appeared as the main antagonist of "The Rite of Spring" segment in the film, Fantasia, which is the longest segment in the film. It first appears when a rainstorm starts and upon first appearing on screen, it chases after the other dinosaurs for a meal. It fights a Stegosaurus, leading to a vicious battle that become one of the signature scenes from the film. It emerges victorious and the Stegosaurus becomes its dinner. Later on in part of the segment when the Earth is affected by climate changes, it dies of mass dehydration along with the other dinosaurs. You later see it as a skeleton before it along with the other bones are wiped away by the massive earthquake, with its skull getting smashed by a falling rock. I actually saw concept art of the T-Rex vs. Stegosaurus fight, showing that there was originally going to be blood, but that didn't show up in final version. In the film, the T-Rex was depicted with three fingers instead of the correct two. Walt Disney himself stated that it looked scarier that way.

7. Sauron (Primal Rage)- How many of you have ever played the video game of Primal Rage? I own the Sega Genesis version. For those who don't know about Primal Rage, it's basically like Mortal Kombat, but with prehistoric creatures. The story is that a massive meteor strike has devastated Earth. Human civilization comes to an end in the ensuing cataclysms and humanity regresses into tribes of Stone Age dwellers. A primordial rainforest covers the land and the continental landmass has shifted into the shape of a fire-breathing dinosaur skull. The planet is now primitively referred to as "Urth" by the survivors of the cataclysms. Seven fearsome creatures with supernatural abilities emerge from their slumber deep within the Urth's crust, and become worshiped as gods by the humans, who form segregated clans beneath the ones they follow. The beasts themselves are divided between those who wish to keep peace on Urth, and those who attempt to plunge the world into further chaos for their own benefit. Sauron is one of the virtuous beasts and is known as the God of Hunger. For in order to remain immortal, Sauron must eat human flesh to keep it. So because of that, Sauron is more of an anti-hero.

6. Rex (Toy Story Franchise)- Rex is Andy's toy dinosaur from the Toy Story series. He is anxiety-riddled and despite being a T-Rex, he is ironically gentle, kind, and caring, and he hates any kind of argument or confrontation. Though his vocabulary is fairly strong, he is somewhat absent-minded and tends to cause accidental mayhem due to his size and obliviousness. But his clumsiness is what actually caused him to defeat Emperor Zurg in the 2nd film, by accident. He was voiced by Wallace Shawn, who also played Vizzini in the Princess Bride and Gilbert Huph in the Incredibles. Besides him defeating Zurg, my other favorite moment is when he's trying to perfect his roar. But with Buzz's help, he manages to literally scare Mr. Potato Head's face off.

5. Grimlock (Transformers Franchise)- I had to add this guy to my list. Grimlock is one of the Dinobots, Autobots that transform into dinosaurs. In the Transformers G1 Cartoon, Wheeljack gets the idea to create dinosaur Autobots after studying some dinosaur bones. Grimlock is one of the first to be created along with Slag and Sludge. When first created, they were uncontrollable. But in the end, they helped the Autobots foil Megatron's latest evil scheme. Voiced by Gregg Berger, Grimlock can be merciless and contemptuous of those he considers beneath him, such as human beings, and at times. Although, this superiority complex is later amended through friendships developed with the human Spike Witwicky and the diminutive Autobot Wheelie. One of Grimlock's most distinguishing features is his speech impediment, which leads him to shorten sentences and refer to himself constantly as "Me Grimlock", never "I". In T-Rex mode, he can breathe fire and shoot an energy ray from his mouth. When in robot mode, he wields a deadly sword.

4. Tyrannosaurus Dinozord / Tyrannosaurus Shogozyu (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers / Dinosaur Sentai Zyuranger)- I can't have a top T-Rexes list without having a Zord from the Power Rangers series. The one I've chosen is the very first T-Rex Zord; the Tyrannosaurus Dinozord from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (or Tyrannosaurus Shogozyu if you watched MMPR's Japanese counterpart, Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger). Piloted by Jason the original Red Ranger, the Tyrannosaurus Dinozord is a powerful fighter in combat. It uses its claws, jaws, mighty kicks and its tail when fighting Rita Repulsa's giant monsters. It lies deep within the Earth until Jason calls it into battle. This Zord forms the torso and head of the Dino Megazord (Daizyujin). It actually managed to destroy monsters without having to combine with the other Zords. It's finisher attack is a special beam if fires into the ground, which creates a sand cloud that disintegrates an enemy monster into sand. It used this finisher against Giant (Dora Titan), Shellshock (Dora Tortoise) and the first form of Hatchasaurus (Dora Antios). In the Japanese episode that "No Clowning Around" used footage from, the Tyrannosaurus Dinozord destroyed Pineoctopus, not the Megazord. In Season 2, the Tyrannosaurus Dinozord would then be upgraded into the Red Dragon Thunderzord to go up against the stronger monsters of Lord Zedd.

3. Sharptooth (The Land Before Time)- Sharptooth is the main villain of the first Land Before Time movie and was the most powerful and dangerous of the sharpteeth that Littlefoot and his friends tangled with. And he was the one who killed Littlefoot's mother. He was known for his persistence, as shown when he fought Littlefoot's mother. No matter how many times she knocked him down, Sharptooth kept coming back for more. He even survived falling down deep into the Earth during the big earthshake. An illustrated novel showed that the reason why Sharptooth stalked Littlefoot and co. throughout the movie was because he wanted revenge on Littlefoot for causing one of his eyes to get gouged by thorny brambles. In the end of the movie, Littlefoot and co. defeated Sharptooth when they dropped a boulder on him, drowning him in a deep lake.

2. Chomper (The Land Before Time)- Here is another T-Rex from the Land Before Time franchise. This time, it's Chomper the friendly Sharptooth. First hatched in the second movie, "The Great Valley Adventure", Chomper was hatched from an egg that Littlefoot and his friends found, mistaking it for an egg stolen from Ducky's nest. I found it funny when Chomper first hatched, they were scared of him even though he was only a baby. Despite his mother being killed by a sharptooth, Littlefoot decided to try to take care of Chomper seeing he wasn't really dangerous as a baby. But much later, Chomper's real parents enter the Great Valley through a hole in the wall caused by a rockslide, looking for their offspring. In the end, Chomper went with his parents. He returned in the fifth film and it shows, he still remembers Littlefoot and his friends. He would return again in the TV series and the fourteenth and final film. He was originally voiced by Rob Paulson in the second film. Cannon Young did him in movie five. Max Burkholder voiced Chomper in the TV series. And Isaac Brown voiced him in movie fourteen.

Before we got to my number 1 pick, here are some honorable mentions.

Vastasaurus Rex (King Kong 2005)
Diablo (Primal Rage)
Tyrannosaurus Buck (The Lost World: Jurassic Park)
Q-Rex (Power Rangers Time Force)
Tyrannozord (Power Rangers Dino Thunder)
T-Rex Zord (Power Rangers Dino Charge)
T-Rex Champion Zord (Power Rangers Dino Fury)
Megatron (Transformers Beast Wars)
Red Claw (The Land Before Time Franchise)
Devil Dinosaur (Marvel Comics)

1. Rexy (Jurassic Park Franchise)- My number one favorite T-Rex is beyond a shadow of a doubt, Rexy, the T-Rex from the original Jurassic Park film. She was created by InGen for John Hammond's island tourist attraction of Jurassic Park. When that traitor, Dennis Nedry shut down the power, it wouldn't be long before Rexy broke free of her containment pen. She would then attack the tourists in the famous T-Rex attack scene, with Donald Gennaro becoming her dinner (That guy deserved to be eaten for abandoning the kids in the tour car trying to save his own skin). Despite trying to eat the heroes earlier in the film, ironically, she ended up saving the heroes from the Velociraptors. Rexy would later appear in the Jurassic World trilogy, where she helped defeat the Indominus Rex in movie 4 and the Giganotosaurus in movie 6. One thing I liked about Rexy was her terrifying roar, which has become an iconic sound. It has been said that the T-Rex roar was inspired by Godzilla's roar, which a young Steven Spielberg when saw the first film in the theaters and was terrified by. I guess Mr. Spielberg wanted to recreate the same terror he experienced. And speaking of Godzilla, I was going to add him on this list, but I decided to save him for a top 10 mutant and hybrid dinosaur list.

All characters belong to their rightful owners.
