For sure, Ive got characters lined up who are they to explore issues Ive dealt with in the course of my life.

The similarities between Nox and Inferno are outrageous. I created Inferno with my high school friend for him. He really created the character, but he wanted to call him "Bandit" which I nixed telling him it was a terrible name for a hero. His character was a swordsman which was the angle I kept. Also My friend was way taller than me, so he became on of the natural seven footers on the team, but since I had a complex about him being so much taller than me, I gave him that growth power. lol He consistently beat my grades in classes, too, so I made him a genius.
I didn't know Nox had to wear a limiter! Does he have to sleep with them on?

And ya know i remember the marvel villainΒ "Equinox". I thought he was pretty cool. And if memory serves, one of his early, if not 1st, appearances was in an old "Marvel Team Up" with Spiderman and the Human Torch... or maybe the Human Torch and iceman... or Spiderman and Iceman?
Now i have to go look it up... But still obviously the character stood out in my mind as pretty striking villain, also i think he's black. And images that were done of him in the comics were great and the descriptions of his powers created the image in my mind of fire and ices is moving up and down his body in waves. Striking visuals man...
...another reason why back in the day it was "Make mine Marvel!"

He was in both Marvel Team-ups Human Torch and Iceman and Spider-man and the Wasp.
Yup, that's the guy alright and he was indeed a black man.
I think he was killed and replaced by a Skrull during the Invasion story arc, but I'm not sure.
Yeah, I confess, I'm still a Marvel disciple.
