My friend and I saw this stunning picture of a Harajuku Girl and I drew this as a gift for her and she loved it. At least I got her into digital art and currently she is taking some tutorials from DA for us to work together here.I used the most basic Open Canvas 3.05 Plus and a tablet (Aiptek 12000U). Hope you guys like it!
