Ahaha, as I stated in my last comment, this one has a skill I use more often. (lockpicking I've already got covered. I've got the unbreakable lockpick perk 
This one also seems more comedic, since you can see the eyes. Also kinda reminds me of Shadow from FFVI.
Don't worry, you'll see plenty more. Consider this a new series.
