Hey there. I think it was last year you drew me a version of this of my oc, and I don't have the image anymore on my computer.

hi.
on the skin color layer I use 4 clipping layer on it. one for the red blush,
the second one for the shine ( the layer options must be luminosity)
third one for shadow and the last one for the with light.
for the layer 1 and 2 I use the blur tool plus the eraser tool.
I hope this will help you to get you an idea.

Layers are transparent to my knowledge, so you'd have to draw parts of the layers with the colours you want
