This is sublime!...Just to let you know[as someone who also tears/gets their moleskine chewed by pets[!!] Bookbinder's tape on the underside works very well [it's ph neutral and won't yellow]...and you can use stuff like gesso/primer to then use it on the other side!!]...It's such a beautiful work,it's a shame not to preserve it!!

I think one of the aspects I like best about this piece is the hexagon shape of the idol´s head. The symbolism you use always makes your pictures like puzzles one wants to solve ... I love how the idol´s face looks extremely threatening and scary, it somehow reminds me of the colossi of a game I know. Also impressive is the woman´s expression, so ... blank, on one hand, but on the other - when one takes a closer look - also like she was enjoying being sacrificed. Drawing the God´s hands like they were flowing into the girl´s body is an interesting idea of how he is accepting the offered one - or maybe it was her who offered herself? ... It´s of course a pity that the paper is damaged, but concurrently it suits this picture, makes it look like an ancient papyrus.Innovative how you are including texts in some of your pictures, even though it´s quite hard to read them.
