Description
This is a 900 pixel wide version of General Bean for 'Featured Art' on my main page. This was an entry to a week in news contest at FreakingNews.com. The story was about a new US troop commander. It took bronze.Related content

This is quite a funny piece. And original in its concept. There is no way that Rowan Atkinson's face can't tease my smile muscles. And the sort of bleak setting as a contrast makes all that pop the more.
Technically it initially looks very good although the main thing I would point at is that the lighting.
The soldier and the face does not entirely match up. Like for example the helmet strap is casting a very sharp shadow on the collar while Mr. Bean's face has no sharp shadows at all, not in itself and not from the strap. Beneficially you might have chosen a picture where he was hit with a little sunlight or side flash.
Apart from that I'm not a fan of seeing 'Googled' images (invalid resources) used in photomanipulations, and I'd also like to see you credit whatever resources you have used in this manipulation, but everyone can learn. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w⦠" width="15" height="15" alt="

He is really inventive, bear in mind he managed to create a flawless replica of Whistlers mother and coded a simulator with just a handbook and screwdriver, so there is no reason he couldn't find inventive ways to defeat the enemy

If this were a movie, he would possibly mess up the formation and get the entire division lost and recorded as MIA only to turn around and accidentally save the war and then have to give a victory speech and not know what to say.
