Funny story. I started working on my EVE online contest entry early but then I was very busy and.. actually working on a competing title.. so it was complicated and I just left it aside.Then one day in which I thoght the contest was way over, I saw my spaceship and thought that it was rather nice and deserved to be finished and uploaded here just for the hell of it.
So I worked on for little whiles one night and the other and when I came here yesterday I noticed as I picked a category that the contest was still on and the main illustration was finished!
Sadly the contest required detailed views of each side of the ship and even when I tried to rush them I wasn't going to finish anything neat enough to win any place in just 2 hours.
So well, nevermind at least I can use my seal here and submit it and use it as I feel like.
Also I'm sure you'll enjoy it here as much as if it was part of the contest. I think you haven't seen any of my spaceships? is that possible? that's not fine..
And for those of you that were expecting to see more stuff during all this time, well I've been busy, but I'm quite sure I'll have some solid material to show you very soon. Stay watchin'

What are we here to do?
Humanity has often written its history about what it is that we are here to do. Gods and Goddesses and Prophets alike have all been created to define a purpose but what purpose? Most of what I have read about Gods and Goddesses and Prophets is that they are to be worshiped and monetary tribute paid to them, their voices to receive that same tribute. But what do Gods and Goddesses who are not bound by time need tribute for. They are infinite and do not be tribute paid to them. Those Gods and Goddesses and Prophets that have been created by humanity in our past were trying to tell us something. That they are above us. That they are the life and the key to eternal salvation. But not a salvation in the terms of tribute and wealth but eternal salvation in following them to their lofty heights. The eternal salvation described to us from their reality of the Universe is that the that are above us, the planets and the infinite amount of resources above us are our salvation. They never meant for humanity to fight each other over the dominance of Earth that would leave only one strand of the Tesseract to create from. The Universe is infinite with Tesseract Strands. Β Each God and Goddess and Prophet pushing on a single strand from their reality to define a future where all the strands of creation are bound together to travel into the unknown together as one unified tether to reach beyond the Earth and into space to find them. To find the planets that have life sustaining abilities as well as colonizing planets that are not life sustaining to ensure that the process of creation within the human mind continues to evolve and create regardless of the environment that we find ourselves in. Each faith being a strand in that thought of creation where the right strands in each of those faiths when pushed will reveal the truth about humanities existence.Β
The truth is that we humans on Earth are among the Ancient Societies born of the Universe. Out of the life in the Universe that is and has yet to be we are the 8th Line of the First Born's. The 8th line being that we are among the 8% of life in the Universe today. The visions that humans have had of Gods and Goddesses andΒ
Prophets those were visions of the first seven lines of the First Born's of the Universe. Each contacting humanity with a special message. Each vision being a strand on the Tesseract that they had come before us and like us we alone until they found us. They passed their knowledge onto us through our dreams. We are the 8th Line of The First Born's of The Universe. Just like the seven lines that came before humanity their job was to find us and ensure creation survived. It is our job to ensure that we expand into the Universe to find others and leave behind our knowledge of our history and designs that allowed us to continue to create.Β
Eight strands of the Tesseract have been completed thus far. When the Tesseract reaches 100 strands then life in the Universe will have ensured itself that it will survive, that creation will have been seeded and the thought of creation ensured. Just like the seed upon the lava bed after it cools and hardens into rock and breaksΒ
through to ensure life continues so to must humanity break through the hardened rock and leave Earth to settle other planets. The seven lines of First Born's that have come before us ensured that the Eighth line of life survived. We are not the only members of the Eighth Line of First Born's they are out there in space right now.Β
Hopefully searching and thinking like we are. Hoping that they see through their strands of faith created by the Ancients that came before us what we have to do.Β
To do what? Evolve. The first Seven Lines are communicating with us through letters. When we switch the the letters of Evolve around various ways we have the following thoughts. E = W e , V and V becomes >< or the definition of time in the form of an hourglass that turns over and over to ensure our thoughts are circular, E becomes M e, l o v e. When I(Me)understand what l o v e is the (vol)um of life will increase across space and time to ensure creation continues and in time (><) that is circular W e will find each other across the expanse of space and time once again to ensure that creation lives through us. Evolution is not an evil thought it is a thought intertwined with the harmony of the strands being tuned to the sound of emergence into the reality that has been presented before us. We have to evolve in order to ensure that remaining 92 lines of the First Born are have the knowledge and tools to ensure their lines survive.Β
That is what we have to do. That is the message that is in each religious faiths texts, to reach up and become like them above the Earth as the other planets are to spread the seed of life across space and time. That is the only message that is present in all religions across Earth. Its the only message that should be listened to.Β
It is the governing message from the Seven Lines of the First Born's that came before us. The message that governs us like we will use the same message to govern...to tend to the life in the Universe that we come across and that we seed ourselves. There is no other message.
What we have to do is too ensure that the Ninth Line of First Born's are discovered and tended to giving them knowledge, We are the Tenders of the Garden. With so many fields in the Universe to sow our seed on through our creation of designs that remembered and survives while finding young life on other planets. When we find that other life on other planets we will known that they are of the Eighth Line or the Ninth based on how old their planet is. The younger the planet with life on it that is human like those planets would be the Ninth Line of First Born's. The planet that is found being a similar age to that of Earth would be our line the Eighth Line ofΒ
First Born's. Planets that are older than Earth and have life on them would be considered to be of the First Seven Lines of The First Born. What a glorious day that will be when we come to find those who ensured that Earth survived and that we spread the seeds of life across the Universe like instructed.Β
......It's gravity. It's binary. Gods and male prophets would represent 1 for well being male. Goddesses and female prophets would represent 0 or no entry into the womb, the egg until understanding has been achieved. The message would start with a regions first depiction of creation. Those depictions first begin with cave drawings, each figure representing either a 0 or 1 based on being male or female in origin. Each region on Earth would describe a location in space based on coordinates they were given by the First Seven Lines of the First Born. With the current day religions that message simply repeats itself over and over its initial communication delivered. The First Seven Born's of life in the Universe must have sent the final lines of the message nearly 2015 years ago as the message in binary form started over with year 0. The message is repeating itself through time over and over again. Through space exploration and colonizing of planets we will be able to save the human species.Β

Ah well, pity you couldn't enter it. Pretty nifty pic you got out of all that bother, though. It's funny, even though it's so clearly mechanical, I can see the same design sensibilities at work that you apply to your creature art. Very cool.

Is anyone else raging every time IRIRIV releases a new piece?
Once in a while, I'll draw something that I think isn't half bad; on occasion a glimmer of pride will show.
Then I get on here to upload, and see I have Deviant Watch for IRIRIV in my inbox.
Then I realize it's time to break out the liquor and burn my drawing as I weep heavily into my keyboard.

That is a very original spaceship design. I love how you added elements of a satellite into it. Makes it looks all the more cooler.
