This is an old image (with good resolution), actually part of an illustration I made with my good friend
I remember we talked a little bit about how it was supposed to be moving underwater, we wanted to do something different from the "mermaid" shape, and the "Ray" appeared, and I really liked it, it's an animal that moves with a lot of grace.
I still really like this uniform, I think it's amazing how he can adapt to different situations.
The helmet is the classic bubble style with a top filtering systemm and yes, although she stretches and takes on forms, she continues to be essentially human, with internal organs and lungs.
