I like this very much, the look and feel of it are very nice. The only bit of constructive criticism I can give is the angle of the man's left arm looks a little funky. The angle of the elbow puts the entire arm into bad positioning that can't really be explained. If I'm wrong please let me know because this is a really cool design you have!
