What I really like about this deviation is how the figure dissolves and becomes part of the background. You handled the brushes quite nicely (many people over use them or the edges are too sharp). But, I must admit that I'm having problems with the "wing"-like shape. Are they suppose to be wings? Even in an abstract way, they seem too abstract to me, not really apart of her.

yeah wings aren't really my fav style, but the rest of teh picture is great.
maybe you could try to make bigger, broader and fuller wings, they do not look like she could fly with them

ok. i think this is lovely. but it somehow reminds me on most of the pics i see on DA. blue coloured angelic girls. it is nicely done but i am not so sure about the idea (that was my 'advanced critique' lol)

i like the colors you used, for the wings it'd be better if you use the smudge tool,
to drag them a little bit and make them more look like long feathers 
otherwise you have some brush wings here at *vanity-insecurity 's acount [link]
and i have some dead bird packs on my stock account (~d0gma ) take a look just in case they could help
