This time i've tried to fool around in photoshop.

if you download! If someone made something nice to it please link it!
When you download it. You can see it looks like there's many duplicates, but some of them have the "scattering" or the "color" effect on. Check the name of the brush. If the name contains "Many colors" you get many colors
And if it contains "scattering" you'l not only get one brush, but many! 
Scattering effect:When you hold down, you wont just get one heart shape or one star. You'll get many! And some of them have the color effect on.
Color effect:The color of the brush is either something between your two selected colors or every color
P.S Click f5 in photoshop to adjust the effects

i can't open abr. file and i had photoshop , too

You dont open it like you open normal images.
First open photoshop, then you open a image or make a blank page.
Then you have to find the brush tool to the left.
Now you have to click on the brush (the blak circle or whatever brush you have)
Your brushes pops up and the ability to adjust size and pressure
Theres a small arrow you can click which brings up a menu of different options.
Then click on "load brushes"
Then find the abr.file (wherever you saved it) and load it. Now you have new brushes you can use
