I don't really understand how people can just rough sketch a pose like that, but a lot of this stuff is really pretty helpful.

Do you ink via the pen tool? or do you use the brush tool and do it manually?

what does "cleaning" mean?
everyone say it but I don't know what it means...

Cleaning is when you erase the rough lines after youve inked

well, yea, but you have to ink it first then you just erase the rough parts with a rubber

well i always start with rough brush in PS (for example) and then add cleaner brush, and then erase the rough parts

uhmm... cleaning is when you make your lines from sketches visible or just simply the word clean.

You can look at [link] and look at there how to draw manga books or just look on youtube and type the human body proportion or yahoo, google lots of ways learning it

Probably a pigma micron pen. Maybe even a pilot dr drawing pen. One of those Im sure.. if not.. whatever.
