Description
This is "The Undertaker" Valentino, the Don of the Demon Mafia
Valentino is the don of the Sinestrian Demon Mafia, an underground organization that acts as the sister to the Sinestrian Mafia. Both organizations work together, but with different motives. While the SM works towards the goal of gaining power and wealth, the SDM works to collect souls. Valentino controls every demon in the entirety of Sinestra, punishing anyone who disobeys with a trip back to hell. Being the only class 11 demon in existence, his power is feared by many. The don of the SM, "GoldenWing" Gnachi, has his men collect the souls after every hit, which are then given to Valentino in exchange for the services of the SDM. Being Demons, his men can easily get a lot more accomplished than the normal creatures of Sinestra, with services including; kidnapping, hits, theft, arson, and anything you can think of.

How big is he anyway? I imagine a human to be around eye-level with his cigar in this picture, maybe a little shorter, but I could see him a lot bigger or smaller too

A human would be about eye Β level with his hat here, Β so as hes standing here hed be....almost 9-10 feet at his spikes. if her weren't slouches he'd be taller, but id have to draw that first to give you an close estimate lol. maybe 15 feet if he wasn't slouched?
