"You know me, always like to savor that last shot before popping the heatsink. "Garrus Vakarian.
This took me a bit too long to do... but it was well worth it. I think this is my best colored pencil coloring yet. *shrug* i'm still learning.
Crappy armor is crappy.
His eyes came out amazing though. If you can't tell they're this wonderful blend of blue and gold and green... cause Garrus's eyes are gorgeous.
Mr. Vakarian belongs to Shepard and Bioware. And me. When Shepard isn't looking....

Hey! I've heard if you're looking to get colored pencils to blend, it's possible to use just a bit of turpentine, like maybe a turpentine-dipped q-tip, and use that to loosen up/move the pigments around a bit. Granted, you'd want to only try that if you're drawing on a pretty substantial paper/stock, but IIRC I tried it once and it worked out alright! *is a mess with natural media, herself*

and if you want better armor, i would suggest, prismacolor colored pencils. [link]
they will make it look less scratchy. and you can blend with them easier.

Eyes are too big and wrong colour, but I love the proportions and the the way you use the colour. But his eyes are blue. And somehow they are greenish yellow on this picture,
