Same class of ship to start with.
Solaria's just had a couple of refits that the Galactica didn't get

oh okay well they still don't seem like it to me more like brother and sister ships

All ships (space and ocean based) are considered to be females, same goes for land vehicles and aircraft.
Also just so you know the number in the BSG-75 and BSG-47 is the Battlestar Group that the ship belongs to
