This is a nice piece of work that certainly shows the talent you poses and the wonderful energy you have when it comes to creating characters. THe presentation of your concept within the traditional media is nice and from the looks you have developed a nice style that has energy, sharpness and the personality that makes your work come to life. The clean cell shaded look works well and allows for the personality of the character to come across well without letting the detail of the shading over power in any way, but shine over with just enough charm to make their appearance stand out. You understand the method well and the way you've approached areas such as the hair and clothing with different strokes and pacing have allowed for the areas to be defined and make them feel energetic.
Overall you have a strong style that certainly has the potentials to go much further, it's animated and certainly with the personality that is found in the concept of your characters indicates of just the talents you hold.
