It may be painted black, but this car's as red as they come. It was sold almost exclusively to high-ranking Soviet government officials and also used as a general's car in the Red Army.
Nikita Kruschev owned four of these, and it was sold by the hundreds to the KGB.
Not a single one of these were even seen outside the USSR until after the Wall fell.

It's a Chaika, but they tended to "borrow" styling cues from the West back then.
