Notes:
There is so much we do not understand about this being that calls himself Valto.
I suspect that Valto is not of this world and is old, very old.
Imprisoning him was all we could do, so much sacrificed, so many lives lost.
To cage a horror beyond horrors.
It would have been so much easier if we could simply kill Valto.
All attempts to do so have only amused him.
Matteus thinks it’s best we leave Valto locked away and forgotten in his vault.

I fear that Valto’s prison is weakening.
He has begun manifesting around the Menhir. I’VE SEEN HIM!
Valto torments me. Taunting. Stalking. Watching. Always in the corner of my eye.
Every dark hall.
Every shadow.
The others think I’m losing my mind.
I’m NOT crazy!
Valto is breaking free, the wards will not hold him forever, it’s only a matter of time.
And when he does… gods help us
