Description
'Pokken Burst Fighters' is a hypothetical fighting game inspired by Pokken Tournament and Pokémon RéBURST.
Basically, it's an AU where the human characters are doing all the fighting, with both martial arts and Pokémon moves.
And if you consider the 13 Kanto characters I've done previously the core roster, then I'm now getting into the "DLC" characters.

You know that type of cute anime girl who is absurdly physically strong for no apparent reason? That's what Whitney is in a nutshell. She is a half-grappler character who rushes her opponents to knock and throw them all across the ring.

Base Fighting Style: Professional Wrestling
Elemental Type: Normal
Spirit Pokémon: Bewear

Special Moves
Dizzy Punch: A forward spinning hook punch that can bypass projectiles before it hits.
Roll Out: Whitney curls up into a ball surrounded by aura energy to crash into the opponent, similar to Blanka's Rolling Attack. Can also be performed while dashing or while in the air as a diving attack.
Crush Grip: A command grab that locks the opponent into a bear hug, damaging them up to 5 times and setting them up for a throw.
Uproar: Whitney stomps her foot and shouts so loudly that the opponent takes damage and non-super projectiles are neutralized within a short distance of her. She can do this up to five times in a row, but not move or block at the same time.

Super Moves
Milk Drink: Whitney grabs a milk bottle and drinks from it to gradually replenish her HP. If left uninterrupted, she can regain up to a quarter of her health bar; about as much as other supers would typically reduce it by.
Hyper Voice: Whitney grabs a microphone and screems into it for a stronger, further-reaching and automatically continuous version of Uproar.

Finishing Move
Giga Impact: Whitney charges the opponent with full force, slams them into the stage border, and finishes with a jumping Northern Lights Suplex.

Aside from her powerful Miltank, Whitney is known mainly for being immature and overly emotional, also thinking quite highly of her own appearance, and all of those traits just scream "teen pop idol" to me; like putting on a dramatic show is not just second but first nature to her. Except... I couldn't really imagine Whitney being any good at singing. In fact, her voice would be ear-splitting if she tries.
Thankfully, there was a real no-brainer alternative: Brute strength + stage performer = pro wrestler! And then I made her "Player 2" look an idol singer anyway, like that's her kayfabe.
