i wish there would be more of the reflection of the sun. or a vertical format so the swans come to the fore

Thank you, and yes i do agree, I wish they had been in that position a few minutes earlier as the sun was still up enough to leave more reflection... and then i could have dropped down and gotten more of the water and the suns reflection and less of the sky and actual sun in it... I think that this pair is in the lake often, and hopefully will find another day when i can get something that brings them out a bit better. Thank you so much for the comment, and the critique, I really appreciate the thought and the help with ideas for better photos for me.

Definitely, very romantic :> And the picture is beautiful . But maybe instead of the evening sky you could have taken the reflection of it .. don't know, just a thought .

Ahh... so stayed mostly in the water for the shot, and left the sky out... i can give that a try And i'm glad you like it.

haha, honestly, i don't know, but there are a lot of swans in the area. I will just have to hope that i can be patient, and wait for a good moment to capture some of them there. course, i have to do it soon before they all head south.
