Flora is skilled at using plant-based magic, she is able to use her magic without making a spell circle, indicated by her eyes glowing green when using her magic in this state. She uses her magic to help plants and can make a tiny seed sprout into a colossal vine. She can also control plants with her magic, summon them from the ground, turn them into monstrous versions of themselves, and use them to grab and restrain others.

Plant Teleportation
Flora can use plants to teleport herself and others.

Plant Revival
Flora can revive plants that have been damaged.

History: Flora was once a wild witch, When she was at Hexside Academy, she was in the plant coven, It was there that she became friends with Gilbert and Harvey, The three were inseparable, however, Flora and Gilbert fell in love and became a couple.

When they finished Hexside, Flora and Gilbert got married, but it didn't stop her love of adventure, even when she was pregnant with Willow. She also didn't want to follow the rules of the emperor's coven, believing that wild witches should be free, which made her the strongest plant witch in the boiling isles that rival with Terra Snapdragon.

When Willow was born, Flora had to get used to being a mother, but due to the Emperor's Coven, she had to be away for a bit, but would see Gilbert and their daughter.

But one tragic day, Belos tasked Bauk to bring Flora, however, she is not one to go out without a fight, so she battled Bauk, Their fight was intense, with Flora using her plant magic to restrain him, which made Bauk hold no punches, and unleash his full black fire magic on her.

Flora tried to use her plant magic, but it was no use with the black fire burning the plant life. However, Bauk went too far, as instead of bringing her in, he disintegrated her. Flora's last thoughts were Gilbert, Harvey and Willow, wishing them a happy future, and regretting that she won't be able to see Willow grow up and become a strong witch.

The only thing left of Flora was her damaged palisman and a leaf locket with a picture of baby Willow, that Bauk kept as a souvenir.
