Finally finished with my Stargazy Pie fanart ^.^: Stargazy Pie  Though I'm still working with human anatomy and how to do hands, which is really hard to do with a simple program and no tablet. Hmm...but I can't help but ship Turkey x Stargazy Pie weirdly enough...who knows, she could be a princess of some sort. 

If it doesn't trouble you, do you have any tips for human anatomy or any free art programs that are compatible with a mouse? I did try using Paint Tool Sai and Firealpaca but the lineart doesn't appear satisfactory to me. Thank you!

I've seen your art, it looks so good! Do you really drew it with just a mouse??
aaah that's an interesting ship, Turkey x Stargazy Pie, I might draw them together next if you don't mind ^^

hm...I don't know if I can give you a useful tips, but for drawing body or any parts of human body, I usually start drawing them like a block first, same thing with hands.
there are a lot of 'how to draw' hand reference, but for me I usually draw like this   ^^

mm have you try using a linework layer from SAI? it's easy to fix the line with mouse just by holding 'ctrl'. I don't know any app that is compatible with mouse only, except if you draw like pixel art or something like that, sorry
