In our local language (Bengali) it is called KALABATI ('KALA' means banana as the leaf has some similarity with banana leaf). But don't know the english of this. Anyway it is a beautiful shot. These flowers truely can be of many colours, but I've never seen such a blue mixed one.

That's a bird of paradise flower, probably Strelitzia reginae judging by the color, but it could be S. juncea or a hybrid instead.
