here's a little hint from me to you, because I used to do the same damn "mistake" when I started out drawing portraits...
you seem to use only one style of pencil for your drawings (am I right?) go and get yourself a variety of them. say from H to 6B or so. I'm telling you, if you start using the softer ones for the darker parts in your drawings, it will give it so much more depth! contrast is where it is!
good job though on this one. I like it!

I tried and failed after trying to draw a Zacky Vengeance picture lets say never trust me with a famous guys picture and a pencil and markers and stuff like that you'd get my Davey Havok result which turned out slightly better atleast he didn't have a chest that was smaller than his torso
