What to say? I love Ishida Akira. One of the most talented seiyuu's* ever.He have made voices to, just to mention a few:

I just finished watching one of Ishida Akira's other anime he did.....and it's a HENTAI!!!

They hardly ever make yaoi hentai anymore. Only cheap animations.
Well, yaoi is tamed by definition. Is made by women to women, it's more focused in the relationship and romance, not in sex. Never expect explicit sex scenes in yaoi, is never going to happen.
Yaoi is also a very specific niche, that's why we don't see many productions.
Yaoi is rarely ever explicit, but not because it's made by women, it's because the Japanese are sexist. Yuri is made for men, so of course it's graphic. Men are supposed to be sexual beings, and women are there to give them gratification. Women aren't considered to have feelings like that, except when a man is involved. The Japanese believe that women can't possibly get turned on by yaoi, that it's just the romance they like.
And cultures varies. Japanese women are raised to be much less active sexually speaking than men. Plus, the japanese culture is very sexist.
ANYWAY! The hetero hentai that Ishida-san did is called "Moonlight Lady".

No matter who created it, yaoi is still hentai. Yuri is still hentai. And het is still hentai. Because it is all sex.
Shounen-ai and shoujo-ai, on the other hand, is not hentai. Because it is too... 'innocent' and not graphic. And even if the sex is censored, it is still hentai, because underneath it, it is still graphic. Right?
...and I will surely watch that when I have a computer that doesn't hang itself every other second. And I will get VERY horny, thank you very much~ <3
