Oh my google, she is adorable.
I think my favorite thing about this shot is her eyes. With the greenish tint that the picture has, they stand out and add a focal point from which to view the rest of the photo.
One improvement critique: the section of her hair sticking out from under the bear is just a bit awkward. Hair placement is something that is easy to overlook when you're posing a doll (I should know, I have this problem so very often) so it takes a conscious effort to make sure it's out of the way.
On that note, I will add that her smile is so cute it's going to give me cavities. I like this picture. <3
