Based off Nitrous Oxide from Crash. I made him a Blue Ring Octopus, the most venomous sea creature ever.

Bailey R. Octi or R. Octi or Bailey for short, is a very toxic person, but also looking for people to test his skills in racing. He cheats in races so he can win easily. When he's not racing, he either sees his trophy collection, hunt his prey, etc. When he loses, he acts like a sore loser and feels embarrassed of himself. If he gets scared he'll "ink" himself like any squid or octopus does. However never touch him or go near him, it'll be instant death unless you're immune to his venom.
