This drawing is awesome sauce! The hair is really realistic and the skin tone exact (a hard thing to do in pencil). The colour transition, too, is really impressive.

Nice! The skin is shaded very well, and the hair looks beautiful.
However, the eyes seem extremely large and protrude a bit as well. The left eyebrow also seems a bit off, though I can't exactly tell what.
But other than that, there isn't much I could change if I tried. The irises are especially stunning, in color and shape.

I like how you've captured the little bits of asymmetry on her face, and just PUSHED them a little more; it's interesting. (Her eyebrows look pretty weirdly shaped, and they look really coarse, but I think it sort of works here, and I'm not entirely sure why.)

I think this is a wonderful portrait! I feel that you captured the attitude and personality of the character. Her eyes especially have a wonderful light and intensity that works well with the overall feeling of the character.
