Somewhere last year this design popped into my mind when I played The Sims 4 with some CC content and I had some Edwardian witchy clothing that was similar to this. Also, I wanted to practice detailed hair drawing, and it was a great opportunity. I wanted to make a more detailed shading as well, but ended up with this, which I found perfect as well.
She is kinda my fantasy persona, since I love this kind of clothing - mostly because Alice: Madness Returns, where Alice had awesome dress designs.
