Description Copy-pasted from my ask blog;

I’m still around folks, working on the next question, which is a fairly art intensive one. So in the meantime, here’s something I drew at work featuring two of my OC’s.

The almost-black pony is Stout. He works as a draft horse at a brewery. So I guess that makes him a draught horse. The strong but silent type, most ponies would assume he’s a bit “slow” given his leisurely pace and labour-intensive job but they couldn’t be further from the truth. Stout has a passion for philosophy and spends his days pondering the meanings of the world around him as he works, he finds the fresh air stimulating and the simple demands of the job make it easy for his mind to be elsewhere while he works.

And the obnoxiously orange pegasus? That’s Dizzy Signal, a friend from Charlie’s childhood. She works as an express courier, ferrying small packages and priority express mail to ponies around Equestria; if you don’t have a dragon to send your scrolls by their magic flame breath, she’s probably your next fastest option. She’s not the fastest Pegasus in Equestria but she’s no slouch; her extensive stamina and mathematical mind allow her to calculate the fastest, least taxing routes to her destinations. I actually had come up with her job and clothes before the Family Appreciation Day episode but it offered me some great colours and a better design tweak, so I ran with it. Fun fact: Her name came from my attempt to name someone else’s pony, but I liked it so much that when it wasn’t selected I knew I had to make my own pony so I could use it.

And then there’s Charlie, as seen in episodes S1E11, S2E4, S2E11, S2E17 and S2E19.

Background is from an edited screenshot from an episode. Backgrounds are not something I am good at.
