I watched a video about the history of Betty Boop and it made me interested to draw her. One thing that stood out to me was her first color cartoon was done in Cinecolor which had a very limited color pallet so I tried to recreate that. i did other versions that can be seen on my twittertwitter.com/RCaseDrawsStuff/stβ¦
