I was reading some old Sonic comics in the evenings and that reminded me of an idea I have had a few times, so here is Lara the Cat. Sort of tried to got for the coloring look that would use for the comics. I sort of wonder if i should look into the comics since they did that big reboot.Related content

I certainly hope you can see the amazing new stories in the comics! I haven't been able to catch up since my bookstore stopped selling them for some weird reason, so I'm lost in the story now. I haven't been reading the comics since February, so it's been quite a while

thanks, I was worried at first about the color of her shirt, because its usually the same shade of black as her hair. But i just made the shirt darker and it all seemed to work out

This looks amazing! And the arc that's going on right now is a "sequel" to the Worlds Collide arc called "Worlds Unite" that feature Sonic, Megaman, X, and Boom characters along with other Sega and Capcom characters.

yeah ive been collecting the MegaMan comics, well when group them into 4 in one, so i've been getting the crossover arcs too, but I know there was this whole thing with the Sonic comics recently. Where like every thing was rebooted, then Sally got changed, all to do away with the stuff Ken Penders did. But i don't know how far back i should go in just the Sonic comics

Well i know that in the Sonic comics, issue 226 is the start of the whole "Genesis" story arch which I think is about how the "Genesis Wave" sort of cleaned the slate for the reboot. But in the Sonic Wiki it says that Sonic 252 is where the "reboot" officially starts. So yeah I don't know really where to start.

No, 226 was the beginning of FIRST Genesis wave (when fixed is still corrected to the original story) and 252 is where the aftereffect of the SECOND one happened (where we get the new timeline).

I think im confused because I like to collect the graphic novels, and it looks like they did a graphic novel for the first Genesis wave, then nothing until the "World Β Collide" arch with MegaMan, then they started doing them again for the stories starting with 252. They like completely skipped over the stuff when Sally was a robot with the graphic novels. Oh well I'll just check out what i can get XP

Yeah, i think you're right on them skipping over the main story. It might be because that might have been the time when Ken Penders was having the arguments which resulted in what we have now for the story.
