I think i needed to draw her legs longer, which seems to be a common problem i have

I didn't want to say anything and just assumed she was a dwarf/halfling. Easy measurement is the fingertips should stop before they get to the halfway point on the thigh. I see the hips also start at the bottom of the ribcage and at level with the stomach which, I believe, lead to the leg issue. I don't think there was a leg issue. Everything just needed to be pulled down a little. (longer mid-section which would lower hips, then slightly wider hips.)

It's a really cool art regardless.

I honestly used to make that mistake all the time. 
That or there feet got cutoff. 
Infact it is why for the longest time I couldn't draw feet.
