Just a sketch i did last night in a moment of free time. Sort of got the idea of a "run-and-gun" game with an all female cast of good guys, but for some reason I got it in my head that all of them have some kind of disfigurement that they got in battle at some point. So this girl is missing an eye, i was thinking there would be another girl missing her legs, anther is missing an arm and the 4th wears a mask because her face was horribly burned. But that all might be a bit to much or an odd theme.As for this character I'm really happy with how she looks, her hair is kind of what i had in mind for my redesign of Samus Aran. and i like that shes not super shapely

This is a nice piece of work that certainly the imagination of your creativity when thinking of new ideas. The rendition is adorable, while showing a feel of empowerment with her stance and the equipment she wields. The look of this character has a similarity to the look of Megaman while holding some similarities to Metroid as you've mentioned. There is certainly some potentials here should you pursue it so more down the road as she is both captivating and could have a story of her own.
